This article describes how to setup a new mail account in Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0


1. Click
Tools and click
Accounts. This will launch the
Internet Accounts window.


2. Click
Add and click
Mail. This will start the
Internet Connection wizard.


3. Fill in the
Display Name field and click the
Next button.


4. Fill in the
E-mail address field and click the
Next button.


5. Fill in the
Incoming mail and
Outgoing mail fields. Click
Next when you’re done.


6. Fill in the
Account name and
Password fields. Click
Next when you’re done.


7. Click the
Finish button.


8. Select the newly created mail account and click the
Properties button.


9. Click the
Servers tab and check
My server requires authentication. Click
Ok when you’re done.
