SARG report generated failed

HI, would like to get advise why every time I try to generate SARG report its will always failed. it shows "SARG: (download) Cannot open file: /var/www/html/squid-reports/…../…../period"

.. Sarg failed! See the output above for details.

Below is my Linux system information

Server is running CentOS Linux 5.3

Squid Proxy

Webmin version 1.450

Really appreciate if anybody can give the solution. I,m newbie in Linux world and still in the process to get use to it.

Hi Azrim,

What version of SARG are you using? You can see the version in Webmin. You should be using 2.2.3.1, the problem you are encountering is found on version 2.2.3.

sorry for the late reply. My SARG is version 2.2.3 and I will try to upgrade to version 2.2.3.1 as your advised. Confused
