Our Postfix server on RHEL 5 has been protected from SPAM and Virus, coming from outside domain, using spamassassin and clamav.

But what to do if I want to block spam mails which are getting generated and forwarded from my server?  Relay has not been enabled and smtp auth is in place.  still I could see thousands of mail is getting forwarded from my system using something@yahoo.com mail id.

Please help.

Hi Atanu,

  1. Make sure your mail server is not an open relay
  2. Prevent your internal senders from spoofing their email address
