Linux Mail Server Setup and Howto Guide

Hello,
I checked this mailing list archives and googled a lot a and long. When I logon
to Squirrelmail and go to Filters I get Server-Side Mail Filtering - Error
Encountered Could not log on to timsieved daemon on your IMAP server
imap2.ztm.si.
Please contact your administrator.

I downloaded and installed Avelsieve Stable Release 1.0.1. Avelsieve config.php
has $preferred_mech="PLAIN". Option 8 plugins includes:

2. calendar
3. filters
4. avelsieve

Telnet imapserver 2000 results in:
