Hi,

 

I am trying to replicate the windows AD to 389DS, I have installed, passsync and get following error: -

1: Can't contact LDAP server
03/25/11 16:45:33: Can not connect to ldap server in SyncPasswords

 

While testing SSL, I able to get the result if I run the following command

/usr/lib/mozldap/ldapsearch -b "dc=ggdk,dc=com" -h 10.100.109.159 -R -D "cn=administrator,cn=users,dc=ggdk,dc=com" -w -Z -P /etc/dirsrv/slapd-psync "objectclass=*"

 

But If  use with SSL it give me following error

/usr/lib/mozldap/ldapsearch -b "dc=ggdk,dc=com" -h 10.100.109.159 -R -D "cn=administrator,cn=users,dc=ggdk,dc=com" -w  "objectclass=*"

 

ldap_simple_bind: Can't contact LDAP server
 SSL error -8179 (Peer's Certificate issuer is not recognized.)

 

Please help me in solving this issue

Please check if you have installed the certificate from Active Directory.
