Linux Mail Server Setup and Howto Guide

Hi all

I need to set up multimaster 389 directory server replication between two server (server A and server B). I was following this howto: http://directory.fedoraproject…..eplication

Now given that this should be multimaster replication, my question is how do the clients need to be set up so that they know of both server A and server B?

In particular, can load balancing and failover of the directory service  be handled by the clients (like dns for example)? -  or do I need additional network infrastructure to handle that (like using virtual IP's and so on)?
